E. Roseborough is a retired multiple National award winning high school Mathematics teacher turned artist.  After becoming an expert in teaching Geometry, her focus shifted to college level mathematics concentrating on AP BC Calculus and Matrices & Linear Algebra.  Many years of technical drawing supplanted her lifelong passion for the arts that developed into a refined, unique approach to the canvas. Beginning with charcoal and water colors, then progressing to oil, Ms. Roseborough's style and skill continue to evolve under the tutelage of Kathlene Frost.  After studying a summer under John Delmonte in Lucca, Italy, Ms. R. has focused on landscape, still life, and especially portraiture in oil.  Through steady commissions she has shown her expertise, successfully interpreting photographs in oil and mastering a range of styles from vintage and traditional to modern and whimsical.  Ms. Roseborough is a member of the Pittsburgh Society of Artists, the Upper St. Clair League for the Arts, the McMurray Art League, the Allegheny Valley League of Artists, the East Suburban Artists League, and the New Kensignington Art Center. Her artwork is on display all year at the Latrobe Art Center, in Latrobe, PA.
